E-Coach Associates, Inc. (ECA) is a New York State
Corporation formed to develop
e-coach and
Coaching with
e-coach. The Corporation is managed by its three
principals: Grace Ahrend, Fred Diamond, and Pat Gill Webber.
Pat is founder and principal of AlexisGill,
Inc., a
virtual training and consulting firm facilitating corporate transformation
and change efforts. Grace and Fred are cofounders and principals of the
Collaborative Solutions Group, Inc., a consulting company supporting the
development of collaborative capabilities in IT and other organizations.

E-Coach Associates, Inc. was formed in January, 1999 as
a new organization to promote coaching and collaborative learning in organizations.
Our Mission
The mission of ECA is to be a leader in workplace
learning by creating and marketing
e-coach and other
innovative services and products to support growth and development of
individuals and organizations.
Our Vision
The organization’s vision is to partner with one or
more other providers of workplace learning systems and services in order
to leverage ECA's expertise and creativity to the greatest extent possible.
In this way, the most innovative approaches to learning can be brought to
market quickly and made available to the broadest range of individuals and
organizations possible.
Our Values
ECA’s core values are:
Creativity and innovation. We believe that openness
to new ideas in every aspect of our lives, including work, learning,
training, and marketing, makes us better individuals and business
partners. We want to be creative not only in the products and services we
develop, but in the lives we live and in the way in which we work.
