Overview

Pat oversees research, sales and marketing at E-Coach Associates and is a recognized expert in adult learning in the workplace and organizational change and transformation. In her 25 plus year career she has worked with thousands of individuals in hundreds of companies to improve individual skills and achieve organizational change.

As an entertaining speaker, seasoned facilitator, and consultant, Pat has supported efforts related to a wide range of initiatives including ones designed to improve quality, realign business units, develop skills of technical and other professionals, and modify a host of processes aimed at helping individuals and organizations to survive and thrive in changing times.

Selected Accomplishments

  • A two-year research project aimed at understanding how technology organizations and their leaders can effectively create major and significant change. Findings identified gaps between current skills and approaches and needed ones.

  • A four-year effort to transform the culture of a traditional insurance company’s IS organization. Results met targets and produced improvements in results and culture.

  • A-five year effort to retool a 3600-member worldwide IS force in a major pharmaceutical company to improve alignment with business units. Project received consistently superior feedback and resulted in new targets and goals with this client.

  • A one-year effort to test and evaluate consulting and partnership training developed by Pat and her colleagues. Results indicated behavior change can be achieved with the "right" training approaches including reinforcement.

  • A ten-plus-year partnership with a leading technology quality organization to deliver keynote speeches on personal development and learning issues at major conferences for technology professionals. Pat was consistently rated the number one speaker at every conference.
