I am thinking of inviting some clients to our next team
meeting – we’re having problems with them – they are always
complaining about things and constantly saying we don’t give them what
they want.But I am worried
that if I invite them, things could get worse.I think maybe they will use the time to berate us rather than to
work WITH us.Ideas anyone?
