It is also designed to increase awareness of the value of emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to manage risk successfully and remain flexible in order to promote and accommodate change.

Offers advice and development ideas for understanding an organization’s services and products and its market and organizational issues. It also supports the development and use of core business concepts and skills, such as customer service, selling, and consulting skills – the "musts" for any employee at any level in today’s work environment.   Provides help and ideas for development in the use of technology in a given company.  Clients may develop up to ten topics (web pages) that ECA will post to the e-coach web site.
