Overview

Fred Diamond oversees technology and product capability at E-Coach Associates and is expert in the areas of organization, operations and management, analysis, change, and improvement. His work spans over 25 years and has resulted in improvements affecting tens of thousands of workers for organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Fred’s approach is to work closely with all levels of management and staff to assess needs, build consensus, achieve breakthroughs and deliver consistently outstanding results. From the implementation of innovative development programs to completely re-engineered systems, to innovative uses of technology, to hands-on performance coaching engagements, Fred consistently finds new ways to help people achieve significantly better results.
